The Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, Jassem Muhammad Al-Budaiwi, praised the great diplomatic and logistical role that the Kingdom provided in the process of evacuating its citizens and the nationals of a number of Gulf, brotherly and friendly countries, and a number of civilians, diplomats and international officials.
The Secretary-General expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince for their directives and direct follow-up to the process of evacuating the citizens, which took place with ease and ease, until their safe and secure arrival in the city of Jeddah, and providing them with all their needs in preparation for their departure to their homelands.
The Secretary-General appreciated the great diplomatic efforts made by the Kingdom and the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in resolving the Sudanese crisis, and communicating with all the conflicting parties to reach a comprehensive and peaceful solution within the context of the political framework agreement, again calling on the parties to the conflict to stop military operations, show maximum restraint and avoid escalation. Giving priority to the interests of the brotherly Sudanese people, ensuring their security and stability, and preserving their gains and capabilities.
