The Muslim World League appreciated the great humanitarian and diplomatic role that the Kingdom continues to play during the crisis in Sudan, which was reflected in the exceptional success of the evacuation of nationals of a number of Islamic and friendly countries, and staff of diplomats, officials and workers in international organizations.
And the Secretary-General and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, – in a statement to the General Secretariat of the League – expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Muhammad bin Salman, for this generous humanitarian initiative, and their direct follow-up to the process. The evacuation of the nationals stranded in Sudan as a result of the armed conflict, until their safe and secure arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the provision of all their requirements in preparation for their departure to their homelands, appreciating the great diplomatic efforts made by the Kingdom to resolve the Sudanese crisis, and communicating with all the conflicting parties, to reach a comprehensive and peaceful solution, again The call to stop military operations, and to give priority to the interest of the dear Sudanese people in this difficult circumstance.
