FBI Director Christopher Wray has told Congress that he needs more financial support, because the number of Chinese hackers now greatly outnumbers the number of electronic intelligence personnel in the United States.
Testifying before the House Appropriations Subcommittee during a budget hearing, Wray said: “To put it plainly, if every single FBI cyber agent and intelligence analyst focused exclusively on Chinese threats, the Chinese hackers would still outpace the FBI personnel.
