The Health Holding Company has allocated 10 million riyals annually for new health gatherings in the regions of the Kingdom, so that it does not include compensation for those recruited from within for lost allowances when assigning the gathering, but based on the system in force in the scale of medical cities and specialized centers and not exceeding the highest limit of salaries by scale and use Allowances and bonuses associated with that.
The company gave powers to the CEO of the Health Cluster, exceptional salary increases, as the rules granted the CEO of the Cluster the power to exceptionally increase the amount of 20%, and the Board has the power to grant an exceptional increase of 30% on the basic salary for the purpose of attracting or retaining competencies (total 50%).
The company stressed adherence to the number of jobs specified according to the operational model of the assembly approved by the Board of the Health Holding Company, not exceeding 100 jobs, with the use of the allowance for recruitment from within the ministry.
The rules necessitated the use of the financial allocation for the self-employment clause in the assembly for employment based on the salary scale of the self-employment program at the Ministry of Health, provided that those assigned to work in the assembly are compensated for all lost allowances when other assignments such as supervision, training and other allowances, and the operational model for the assembly will also be approved by the company’s board. Holding, based on the recommendation of the Health Cluster Council, and determining a package of rewards in the Cluster that does not exceed one million riyals annually, and benefiting from the million riyals at the end of the year to reward male and female employees in the health cluster based on the transformation indicators and what has been accomplished in terms of transformation projects.
Among the rules is that a nomination and remuneration committee should be formed in health gatherings emanating from the council, and candidates should undergo measurement tests by a third party for executive positions, and the results should be presented to the nominations and rewards committee in the gathering.
The rules also included the selection of candidates for executive positions through the Assembly’s Nominations and Remunerations Committee after completing the final screening and evaluation processes in accordance with the job requirements, provided that the above-mentioned rules apply to the Health Holding Company and regional business units in the regions.
