The excavation license is also canceled in the event that the excavation work is not commenced and the authority that holds the license requests not to carry out the work at the site, or if the contractor’s violation of the Ministry’s instructions and requirements at the same site is repeated three times, and the license is officially canceled through the Nasaq platform.
Fees and penalties
Article 9 referred to the general provisions of the project, which stipulated that no drilling license shall be issued or amended prior to the approval of the Project Coordination Office and the relevant authorities. renewal, modification) of the license.
The fees shall not be returned when the license is canceled unless the cancellation was based on the requirements of the public interest and with the approval of the Coordination Office.
The license holder shall bear the costs of any damage to other networks, and not trespassing on public property while working on the site.
