The Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, Jassem Muhammad Al-Budaiwi, welcomed the joint initiative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America to start preliminary talks between representatives of the Sudanese Armed Forces and representatives of the Rapid Support Forces, which were held today in the city of Jeddah.
