The rains that fell in Rijal Al-Ma’a governorate caused rockslides on the Aqaba Al-Sam’a road linking the city of Abha and Rijal Al-Ma’a governorate, which led to the disruption of traffic in Aqaba.
The maintenance teams at the branch of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services in the Asir region and the municipality of Rijal Almaa Governorate finished their work in removing rocks, cleaning and maintenance work for a number of damaged sites in Aqaba Al-Samaa, where the maintenance teams intensified their efforts and harnessed all their equipment and human cadres to remove these collapses and restore traffic in Aqaba to normal.
