The Reconciliation Center provides reconciliation services through the digital platform taradhi.moj.gov.sa, as it aims to spread the culture of reconciliation in society. To become the preferred social and economic alternative for settling disputes, through qualified conciliators who specialize in various conflict paths, within approved institutional procedures and legislation.
The reconciliation documents issued by the platform are executive bonds that can be implemented through the execution judiciary in the event that the agreements written in the document are breached. The journey of the beneficiary of “Tadafi” has also witnessed an improvement, by launching a number of advantages and characteristics that contribute to facilitating and accelerating reconciliation procedures and reducing the burden and human effort, in addition to applying Electronic integration with internal entities, data exchange between systems, and infrastructure improvement to ensure system stability.
