The Mayor of Asir, Engineer Abdullah Al-Jali, accompanied by the Governor of Khamis Mushait Khalid bin Mushait, and the Mayor of the Governorate, Eng. Muhammad Al-Hwaiti, reviewed the projects of the Municipality of the Governorate that it is implementing, while he met with specialists in projects and investment, and listened to a detailed explanation given by the Mayor of the Governorate about the stages of work progress in Studying and approving projects needed by the governorate.
Field figures were made on models of the 40 gardens announced by the municipality of the governorate in different locations in the governorate and its affiliated centers, while the project to prevent the dangers of floods, the development of Wadi Atoud, and the site of the project to rehabilitate the axial road, Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi road with the Imam road, were examined. Muhammad bin Saud, and the project to develop the road leading to the heritage palaces in the governorate.
Amin Asir explained that his field visit comes with the follow-up of the governor of the region, Prince Turki bin Talal, and the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, because of the economic importance the province represents and a pivotal location for the Asir region, stressing that the province is in dire need of a large number of projects, adding that there are A billion-dollar portfolio for the development of roads, neighborhoods, and parks. These projects will be launched, awarded, and implemented in the coming months.
