These tests, which are part of the tracks of the National School Evaluation Program “Nafes”, will be applied to more than one million male and female students in 21 thousand schools, representing all primary and middle schools in all regions of the Kingdom, and will be applied inside schools during the school day.

These tests measure the level of what students have learned and what they are able to do at the end of three educational stages, which are the stage of the early elementary grades, the elementary stage, and the intermediate stage. The quality of public education in the Kingdom, and support for decision-making in it, and this is done in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and all elements of the public education system.
It is noteworthy that the “Nafes” exams come based on the Authority’s organization that defined the authority’s terms of reference, including the construction and implementation of educational standards and tests, such as national tests in the stages of public education related to the evaluation of public education, and the Authority will also make available the results of the detailed national tests in a special card for each school. And for each office and education department, the general results are published in a “ranking” index.
