The field team of the Amicable Settlement Department in Riyadh, affiliated to the branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the region, was finally able to finalize a class action lawsuit for 254 workers of different nationalities.
The reconciliation included ending the labor relationship with a company and disbursing their due financial rights, after reaching a satisfactory solution through a series of amicable settlement sessions between the parties to the dispute.
The Ministry’s branch in Riyadh said: The cases received by the amicable settlement departments in general include disputes related to work contracts, wages, rights, work injuries and compensation for them, vacation allowances, as well as disputes over everything related to work and the terms of contracts concluded between companies and workers.
