The theater of the General Administration of Education in the Asir region witnessed the honoring of 127 male and female students from the region’s education in the ceremony organized by the Ministry of Culture in partnership with the Ministry of Education.
The assistant for educational affairs, Dr. Saeed Al-Rabee, explained that the competition included 6 cultural tracks, including literature, visual arts, heritage, theatre, short films, and music, pointing out that the administration seeks to support and direct the passion of male and female students to practice various cultural and artistic fields: to achieve the optimal investment of their energies. Male and female students.
The Director of Projects at the Ministry of Culture, Maram Nazer, pointed out that the Cultural Skills Competition is a national competition launched by the Ministry of Culture in partnership with the Ministry of Education and is the first of its kind in the Kingdom, noting that it aims to discover and develop the skills of male and female students in the cultural and artistic fields, and to preserve the Kingdom’s cultural heritage and raise awareness of it.
For her part, Dr. Amal Al-Ahmari, Assistant for Educational Affairs in the region’s education, indicated that the competition comes to support the emerging generations to be creative, distinguished, and participate in creating a future full of culture and arts by discovering, developing and supporting abilities, appreciating the role of the Student Activity Departments (boys and girls) in implementing the competition in the region’s education.
During the ceremony, the coordinator of the competition at Asir Education (boys) Suleiman Al-Hafzi, and the coordinator of the competition (girls) Amal Qazan were honored.
