The General Directorate for Narcotics Control arrested 3 citizens and residents of Yemeni nationality in the Najran region, for promoting narcotic hashish and tablets of the drug amphetamine. They were also seized with firearms, white weapons and live ammunition. They were arrested and regular measures were taken against them, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.
It calls on the security authorities to report all information available to citizens and residents about any activities related to drug smuggling or promotion, by calling the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province, and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions, and the Directorate’s communications number.
