Saudi male and female students participating in the “ITEX 2023” International Exhibition of Invention, Innovation and Technology, held in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, won 18 medals in a number of scientific fields, including 10 major gold awards, and 8 silver medals, in addition to 7 special awards from the participating and supporting entities.
The gold medal in the field of environmental sciences was won by the student Nawaf Muhammad Al-Aql from the Riyadh Education Department, the student Elias Youssef Al-Battat from the Royal Commission Education Department in Jubail, the student Abdullah Fahd Al-Otaibi from the Al-Kharj Education Department, the student Abdul-Ilah Muhammad bin Raidan from the Makkah Education Department, and the student Ghala Mutaib Al-Nafi’i From the Makkah Education Department, the student Noura Abdul Rahman Al-Qaidi from the Qassim Education Department, and the student Yemen Zamil Al-Otaibi from the Jeddah Education Department.
And the student Noura Omar Al-Misnad from the Riyadh Education Department won the gold medal in the field of automation and operations, and the student Abdullah Abdo Al-Kinani from the Al-Qunfudhah Education Department won the gold medal in the field of robotics, and the student Aline Omar Al-Qablan from the Rass Education Department won the gold medal in materials science and engineering.
The silver medal in materials science and engineering was won by the student Saad Ahmed Al-Saghir, the student Rose Omar Al-Jishi, the student Abdul Rahman Sami Al-Johar from the Eastern Education Department, the student Abdullah Fahd Al-Saeed from the Al-Ahsa Education Department, and the student Yazan Awad Al-Shamrani from the Asir Education Department.
The student Amira Ali Al-Ajlan from the Qassim Education Department won the silver medal in the field of health and biotechnology, and the student Rad Saleh Al-Qahtani and the student Raaf Saleh Al-Qahtani from the Jeddah Education Department won the silver medal in health and medical technology.
