And creating an urban and architectural identity for the public facilities in the neighborhood emanating from the Salmani architecture and its principles, as an extension of his great care and support for the development of cities, and in order to stimulate population and economic growth.
King Salman Neighborhood is located in the heart of the capital, Riyadh, with an area of 6.6 km, adjacent to King Salman Park. Increasing the quality of basic services, leisure and recreational activities, promoting comprehensive sustainability in the neighborhood to raise the rates of quality of life, and creating an interactive urban environment that enhances social relations among residents.
The name came to consolidate what was presented by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – during his assumption of the Principality of the Riyadh region, which extended for more than five decades.
