The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones announced the start of procedures for expropriation of real estate located within the scope of the expansion project of the industrial city in Madinah.
The authority called on the owners of the real estate covered by the decision to submit “updated” proof of ownership deeds, organizational maps and the national identity for the management of the industrial city in Medina during the current week.
