The General Security announced that, in implementation of the instructions regulating Hajj, which requires residents wishing to enter the Holy Capital to obtain a permit to do so from the competent authorities, starting tomorrow, Monday 10/25/1444, residents who do not have an entry permit will be prevented from entering the centers. Security control leading to the Holy Capital, and the application of the instructions regulating Hajj this year 1444, requiring the return of vehicles and residents from whence they came, except for those who have an entry permit to work in the holy sites issued by the competent authority, or a resident’s identity card issued by the Holy Capital, or an Umrah permit, or Hajj permit.
