The General Security announced that, in implementation of the instructions organizing Hajj, which requires that residents wishing to enter the Holy Capital obtain a permit to do so from the competent authorities, and that starting from yesterday (Monday) corresponding to 10/25/1444 AH, residents who do not have a permit began to be prevented. Entry, at the security control centers leading to the Holy Capital, and the application of the instructions regulating Hajj this year 1444 AH, which stipulate returning vehicles and residents from whence they came, except for those who have an entry permit to work in the holy sites issued by the competent authority, or a resident ID issued by the Holy Capital, or Umrah permit or Hajj permit.
