The Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” revealed to “Okaz” that the program for qualifying career counselors, which the fund will launch in partnership with King Saud University next Sunday, will include all regions and cover all government agencies.
The fund and the university announced the launch date of the career counselors qualification program next Sunday at Al-Murabba Theater in Al-Arid Hall at the university’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The vocational counselors qualification program is the first of its kind in the Kingdom with regard to vocational guidance, and aims to improve and develop national competencies in the educational sector, and contribute to the employment of national cadres in the field of business in various disciplines, in addition to strengthening the aspect of community participation in the business sector. In achieving one of the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 through the development of human capabilities.
It is noteworthy that the mentors rehabilitation program includes a number of preliminary workshops targeting employees of the government, private and non-profit sectors and those interested in career guidance, during which the program seeks to raise awareness of the importance of career guidance and provide the participants with the necessary information.
