The Muslim World League condemned the two crimes of storming the embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the residence of the head of the military office at the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum.
The Secretary-General of the League, President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, stressed the need to respect international conventions and norms, which guarantee protection and safety for the headquarters of diplomatic missions and their human staff, stressing the need for the Sudanese parties to abide by the pledges agreed upon in accordance with the “Jeddah Declaration.” The latter, as a prelude to reaching a comprehensive and permanent ceasefire, and finding a final solution to this painful crisis afflicting Sudan and its dear people.
