The 32nd Arab Summit in Jeddah concluded today (Friday), with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman announcing the participants’ approval of the final statement, announcing the adoption of the decisions of the Arab Summit and Bahrain’s hosting of the next summit. The Arab League Council at the summit level adopted the “Jeddah Declaration” at the conclusion of its work. He welcomed the agreement reached between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iran in Beijing, which includes the resumption of diplomatic relations, the reopening of their missions, and the activation of the security and economic cooperation agreement between the two countries. The Palestinian cause:
Emphasis on the centrality of the Palestinian issue in the Arab world, and the Arab initiative is the path to a solution.
– Intensifying efforts to reach a just settlement of the Palestinian issue in accordance with the two-state solution.
Syrian:
– Intensifying Arab efforts to help Syria overcome its crisis.
Enhancing the conditions for the return of refugees and preserving the territorial integrity of Syria.
Sudan:
– Rejecting external interference in Sudanese affairs in order to prevent fueling conflict.
– Emphasizing that the Sudanese talks in Jeddah are a step that can be built upon to end the crisis.
– Demand the need for calm and the language of dialogue.
Libya:
– Resolving the crisis in the Libyan framework, and supporting the holding of parliamentary and presidential elections.
– Supporting the efforts of the UN mission and reaching a comprehensive political settlement.
– Support efforts to unify the armed forces and establish a cease-fire.
Yemen:
Support international and regional efforts to reach a comprehensive political solution.
– Supporting the Presidential Leadership Council to establish security and stability.
Lebanon:
Call for the election of a president and the formation of the government as soon as possible.

The declaration included: a number of Saudi initiatives to advance joint Arab action in the cultural, economic, social and environmental fields.
– Appreciating Saudi Arabia’s keenness to provide appropriate conditions for achieving economic growth in the region.
– Emphasis on stopping foreign interference in Arab internal affairs.
– Respecting the values and cultures of others and respecting the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of states.
– Refusal to support the formation of groups and militias outside the scope of state institutions.
– Supporting the sustainability of the supply chains of basic food commodities for the Arab countries.
