After five months of “pulling and pulling”, the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center decided in the case of the player “Mohamed Kno” by rejecting Al-Nasr Club’s protest and approving the decision of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee, and the Appeal Committee of the former Saudi Football Association, through which Al-Nasr Club’s claim was rejected considering Al-Hilal as a loser. And he was awarded points for the two teams’ match in the first round, which ended in a 2/2 draw, confirming the result as it is, and considering the participation of the player Mohamed Kanno as regular after the end of his suspension period.
A source revealed to “Okaz” that the decision came with the agreement of the three arbitrators who were chosen to decide on this case, and the source revealed that the letter reached the parties to the case and that the decision is final, given that the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center is the final reference in internal sports cases.
For his part, legal Khaled Al-Shaalan commented on this decision through his official account on Twitter and said: “As I expected and said, the decision of the Disciplinary and Appeal Committees was rejected and approved.” It is legal and firm, I am convinced of it after reading and studying, and it would be more difficult for me if it was related to the runway of victory, and therefore I kept silent – at least – out of consideration for the feelings of the optimist who does not know the law and knows his passion.
