The education departments in the regions and governorates of the Kingdom will begin, starting next Sunday, to conduct complementary exams and general secondary exams expected to graduate this year; With the aim of enabling them to register in universities and higher educational sectors for the next academic year, through central committees at the level of educational departments, and the exams will continue for five days.
The Ministry of Education had previously confirmed that the test would be at the education administration level, according to controls and mechanisms. Among them is that the Director of Education form a supervisory committee headed by him and the membership of each of the assistants for educational affairs and the Director of Examinations and Admissions to supervise and follow up the work of the exams. In addition, the administration can open another headquarters, and the supervisory committee forms the executive committee. It is chaired by an educational supervisor, and the membership includes a director of the headquarters, teachers in the targeted subjects (a teacher for each specialization), an employee of administrative communications, and a guard for the headquarters.
The mechanism included that the Executive Committee of the Education Department undertakes the implementation of examination work, and among its tasks is to identify the target study subjects, prepare a schedule for examinations, prepare test forms and alternative forms, monitor committees, correct, monitor and produce results.
