Today (Sunday), secondary and secondary school completion exams expected to graduate this year will be launched in central examination halls at the level of education departments in the regions and governorates of the Kingdom, which will last for five days.
The Ministry of Education aims from this regulation; Which is implemented for the second year in a row during the official summer vacation for schools in the general education stages, to provide the opportunity for male and female students to catch up with registration in universities and higher educational sectors for the next academic year 1445 AH.
The Ministry indicated that the tests will be carried out according to controls and mechanisms. Among them is that the Director of Education form a supervisory committee headed by him and the membership of each of the assistants for educational affairs and the Director of Examinations and Admissions to supervise and follow up the work of the exams.
In the event that the number exceeds that, the administration can open another headquarters, and the supervisory committee forms the executive committee, and it is chaired by an educational supervisor and includes a director of the headquarters, teachers in the targeted subjects (a teacher for each specialization), an employee of administrative communications, and a guard for the headquarters.
The mechanism included that the Executive Committee of the Education Department undertakes the implementation of exam work, and among its tasks is to determine the target study subjects, prepare a schedule for exams, prepare exam forms and alternative forms, monitor committees, correct and monitor, and produce results by the end of the next (Thursday) shift.
