Today (Tuesday), the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement regarding the execution of the death sentence, as a punishment for the so-called Saleh bin Saeed bin Ali Al-Karbi – a Saudi national – for embracing the Takfiri approach, belonging to a terrorist organization, financing terrorism and terrorist operations, and covering up what he knew of carrying out the terrorist operation in Al-Wadiah port and the General Investigation building in Sharurah and those involved in it before committing it, and he covered up a number of people with deviant tendencies, and he did not inform the security authorities about them, and his participation in hostilities in Yemen, and his training in weapons.
By referring him to the Specialized Court, a deed was issued against him proving his guilt in what was attributed to him, and a judgment to kill him as a punishment, and the ruling was supported by his authority, and a royal order was issued to implement what was legally decided and supported by his authority.
The death sentence was implemented, as a ta’zir, by the offender, Saleh bin Saeed Al-Karbi, on Tuesday, 12/23/1444 AH, corresponding to 7/11/2023 AD, in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to commit such criminal terrorist acts that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
