The General Directorate for Narcotics Control arrested a citizen in the eastern region for promoting narcotic amphetamine, narcotic hashish, methamphetamine (shabu) and tablets regulated for medical circulation. He was seized with a firearm and live ammunition. He was arrested and legal measures were taken against him, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution.
It calls on the security authorities to report all information available to citizens and residents about any activities related to drug smuggling or promotion, by calling the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province, and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions, and the Directorate’s communications number.
