Today, the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for one of the perpetrators in the Riyadh region, as follows:
God Almighty said (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed, or crucified, or their hands cut off, or expel them from the strife, or exile them from the land; that is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a grievous chastisement).
Turki bin Muhanna bin Nasser Al-Subaie – a Saudi national – detained Salem bin Hammad bin Abdullah Al-Quraini – a Saudi national – and threatened him with death. By shooting at them heavily, and attempting to kill another security man.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, a document was issued against him proving what was attributed to him, and the ruling to establish the punishment of war on him and that this be by killing him, and the ruling was supported by the Court of Appeal and those The Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was legally decided and supported by his reference, by killing him.
The death sentence was executed by the perpetrator Turki bin Muhanna bin Nasser Al-Subaie – a Saudi national – on Wednesday, 12/24/1444 AH, corresponding to 7/12/2023, in the Riyadh region.
And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do so that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
