In continuation of the field security campaign against drug smugglers and promoters, the General Directorate for Drug Control arrested (3) residents of Yemeni nationality in the Najran region, in coordination with the General Directorate of Border Guards, for smuggling (102,600) tablets subject to medical circulation regulation, and sums of money were seized in their possession, and they were stopped and taken Regular procedures against them, and referring them to the Public Prosecution.
It calls on the security authorities to report all information available to citizens and residents about any activities related to drug smuggling or promotion, by calling the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions, and the number of the General Directorate’s communications.
